The petitioner although not named in the FIR, but one coaccused was arrested with the stolen Motorola mobile set which is alleged to have been purchased from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2016.

The Court finds from the averments made in the bail application that the petitioner is also accused in another case vide Vaishali Sadar P.S. Case No. 512 of 2015.

Considering the above, this Court, for the present, is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after 04 months.
