JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2015 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Raxaul P.S.Case No. 102/2012 instituted under Sections 498A,323, 324, 307/34 and 304B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of D.P.Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner had preferred anticipatory bail application on earlier occasion and the same was rejected vide order dated 19.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38816 of 2013.

There is no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected once again.
