The petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Rail P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47 and 57 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. 36 bottles of Mc. Dowell No. 1 Select Whisky, each containing 180 ml were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It appears thats 4 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 26.05.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate,
