====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 This application has been filed for seeking implementation of an order passed on 03.09.2002 in CWJC No.7752 of 2002. Inter alia contenting that the order passed has not been given effect to, this application has been filed.

From the show cause filed by the respondents, it is seen that against the order passed by the Writ Court, LPA No.1290 of 2002 was filed by the State Government and in view of the pendency of the LPA, it is stated that the order has not been complied with. However, office note indicates that LPA No.1290 of 2002 has been allowed on 11th January, 2007 and in view of the aforesaid, now, no further action can be taken in the matter. In case, the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting after disposal of LPA No.1290 of 2002, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to initiate fresh proceeding in accordance with law.
