The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016 registered under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from Annexure-2 that father-in-law of the petitioner has filed a Complaint against the informant and others for kidnapping of his son Sanjay Kumar before filing of this case. Thereafter, petitioner, brother-in-law of Sanjay Kumar, who has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no concern with Sanjay Kumar, Branch Manager, Micro Finance Bank.
