The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 269, 290, 341, 323, 324, 307, 353, 427, 435, 392, 511, 504, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court

No.30483 of 2021(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
