Altogether hundred litres of wine of different brand were seized from the possession of the petitioner while carrying over motorcycles and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 05.10.2016 having no criminal antecedent for disclosure made under para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner Anuj Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Excise Case No.228/2016.
