Petitioner is languishing in custody since 30.10.2016 in connection with Sasaram (Nagar) P.S. Case No.167 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 392/395/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that similarly situated some other coaccused have already allowed bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 24063 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No.25822 of 2016 on 14.07.2016 and 16.08.2016 respectively.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
