The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she had voluntarily married with co-accused Dipak Kumar Singh. Petitioners are father and co-villager of the said Dipak Kumar Singh.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date

No.19943 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur/Successor Court in connection with Jagdishpur Police Station Case No.20 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With further condition that petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioners in this case.
