In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 registered for offence under sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, the victim girl, who is aged about 20 years, has reported to her father that she is ill. When she was carried to the hospital, it was detected that she was pregnant. She has disclosed the entire episode that the petitioner has forcibly entered into the house and committed sexual assault on her.

The statement of the victim girl recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. itself discloses that in what manner the petitioner has perpetrated the crime.
