Challenging the transfer made in the year 2003 this writ petition was filed and on 19.12.2003 status quo was directed to be maintained.

Now, after a period of 14 years, the issue pertaining to transfer is rendered infructuous. Therefore, this Court does not deem it appropriate to interfere into the matter with regard to the transfer
