The petitioner complains against the non-lifting of paddy by the Corporation. Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that the cut-off date for the purpose was 31.8.2015 and the petitioner has approached this Court much thereafter.

Mr. Singh with reference to the report of the District Magistrate relating to the cooperative societies situated within the district of East Champaran and submitted in CWJC No.11736 of 2015 submits that in so far as Paschimi Sareya

Patna High Court CWJC No.15436 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society, of which the petitioner happens to be the Chairman is concerned, the stock position has been mentioned as 'NIL'.

In the circumstances no indulgence can be granted. The writ petition is disposed of.
