The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 353, 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the FIR is that the informant being Revenue Clerk in Akbarpur Block has received an information that at village Kusumhar, in a Gairmajarua land being plot no.413, the statue of God Hanuman has been established to grab the government land. The informant reached at the spot and tried to remove the statue of God Hanuman. It is alleged against the petitioners and others is that they made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21636 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 protest and threatened of dire consequences, if the statue of God Hanuman is removed.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16471 of 2022. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
