JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 816 of 2022 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 21.01.2023.

It has been alleged that two unknown culprits stopped his E-Rickshaw and snatched the E-Rickshaw and one mobile from the informant.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and there is no recovery from his possession.
