No.2472 of 2015 For reasons mentioned in the limitation petition, the delay of 257 days occurred in filing the Appeal is condoned.

L.P.A. No.555 of 2015 In all fairness, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the subject-matter of this Appeal is covered by the common judgment dated 24.3.2015 rendered in L.P.A. No.1491/2014 and batch.

Following the same, we dismiss the Appeal. It is,

Patna High Court LPA No.555 of 2015 dt.31-07-2015 2/2 however, left open to the appellants to agitate the grievance before the Committee which, in turn, shall take the same into account, but stick to the same procedure that was followed in the selection of 32,217 teachers on the previous occasion.

Interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
