The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019 dated 13.01.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleges to have been waylaid by motorcycle borne miscreants who took away his motorcycle and his personal belongings. The petitioner has not been named in the FIR. Despite the petitioner remaining in custody since 22.06.2019, he has also not been put on TIP when the informant in his FIR had claimed that he can identify the miscreants.

It has further been submitted that in most of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18847 of 2020(2) dt.09-06-2020 2/2 the cases he has been made accused earlier, he has been granted bail. The present accusation of the petitioner is only because of his antecedent and being not in good books of the local police.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019.
