Such an issue has already been dealt with now in previous writ applications, moved by the similarly placed petitioners, some of which are CWJC No. 3930 of 2014 decided on 07/01/2016 and CWJC No. 6431 of 2015 decided on 29/10/2015.

In view of the same the circular issued by the General Administration Department dated 23/8/2014 as well as the communication in this regard dated 31/12/2013 shall also apply to the case of the present petitioner and over-age will not come in the way of

Patna High Court CWJC No.21976 of 2014 dt.21-01-2016 consideration of such claim.
