The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garhara R.P.F. Post Case No. 7 of 2019 for the offence under Section 3 R.P. (U.P.) Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83610 of 2019. Now the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground of custody as he is rotting in judicial custody since 17.08.2019.
