On confidential information regarding assemblage of members of an outfit (Naxal), police conducted raid and during course thereof, five persons were apprehended from an orchard. So far as, petitioner is concerned, from his possession 10 live cartridges have been recovered and for that he is under custody since 07.08.2016. From para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Md. Anwar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra PS Case No. 211/2016.
