2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 647 of 2023 arising out of Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 65 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victim was abducted and ransom was demanded.

4. From the statement of the victim, it appears that it is a case of road-rage. The petitioner is in jail since 25.05.2023 and similarly situated co-accused, namely, Sarvan Kumar @ Sharvan Kumar has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.12.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 61827 of 2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XII Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with S. Tr. No. 647 of 2023 arising out of Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 65 of 2023.
