On a consideration of the facts and circumstances stated

Patna High Court MJC No.1744 of 2014 (13) dt.04-08-2015 2/2 in different show causes filed from time to time, we are of the view that the order dated 24. 12.2013 under contempt has been substantially carried out and further steps are being taken for improving the diagnostic facilities in different districts and divisional headquarters.

In view of the aforesaid, the contempt application is disposed of.
