JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.02.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36951 of 2013 for extending the period of surrender. The petitioners was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 19.02.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36951 of 2013 with a direction to surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of order dated 19.02.2014. However, the petitioners have not surrendered as yet and pray for extension of time after more than 11⁄2 year. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5287 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 The order dated 19.02.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36951 of 2013 stands modified to the extent indicated above, subject to the condition as mentioned in the order dated 19.02.2014 as well as further condition that the petitioners shall appear in the case on each and every date fixed by the court below and any absence of the petitioners shall be subject to the satisfaction of the court below on reasonable grounds and if the petitioners shall be absent on two consecutive dates it will itself be a ground for cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioners. Let the order be transmitted through fax to the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Nagar (Srinagar) P.S. Case No. 48 of 2010 at the cost of the petitioners.
