2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 326(g), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, while petitioner no.1 was parking JCB near informant's house, a portion of house of the informant was demolished and when she objected, petitioner no.1 abused and threatened her. Thereafter, petitioner no.1 set on fire informant's house with the help of his father (petitioner no.2) in which six goats of informant were burnt to death. Some house hold items and cash Rs.35,000/- was also burnt in the fire.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There was cold night and cattle shed might have caught accidental fire and taking advantage of the situation, this case has been lodged with false and concocted allegation.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that there is allegation against these petitioners that they burnt the house of the informant. Petitioners have got two criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shashi U T
