JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 Heard Mr. Devendra Kumar Singh, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Uma Shankar Prasad Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Considering allegation of recovery of 140 cartoons containing 48 bottles each having capacity of 180 ml from one Tata Maxi, which was taken by the petitioner for illegal trade and on seeing the police party, he managed to escape, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
