The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No.409 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that there is no legal evidence against the petitioner, who has clean antecedent, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33722 of 2021(2) dt.13-05-2022 2/2 satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-15, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No.409 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioner will visit Gaighat Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
