The petitioner seeks bail in Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 100/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. During investigation one Sujit Kumar, s/o Ramprit Sah was arrested by the police on the basis of report of the spy, who disclosed the name of this petitioner. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. He is in custody since 26.04.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
