The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Town (Sarai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 260 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner has been made accused in the selfinculpatory statement of the co-accused and having participated in killing of the deceased.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
