By the aforesaid order counsel for the petitioner had been granted four weeks' time to file a substitution petition on the ground of demise of the petitioner during pendency of the instant proceeding.

Office notes dated 7.3.2018 reflects that the substitution petition has not been filed in the writ petition. However, no one appears for the petitioner on repeated calls.

The writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution (Madhuresh Prasad, J) Shashi.
