====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER --------------- 12-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No.09 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the deceased, the daughter of the informant, by her husband and other in-laws including the petitioners due to non fulfillment of the demand of dowry of cash and motorcycle and also to dispose of her dead body. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, and no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19420 of 2017 (7) dt.12-09-2017 2/2 specific allegation has been attributed to them. Further submission is that, in fact, the deceased, the daughter of the informant, had gone to the village in the function where she became ill and died. On information, the petitioners reached there and also gave information to the informant, who also participated in the funeral ceremony of his daughter but with an ulterior motive, the informant has lodged this case. Moreover, Ravindra Das, the husband of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, is already in custody.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No.09 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
