The petitioner has challenged the order dated 09.05.2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Pakridayal, East Champaran, whereby the petitioner has not been selected as the PDS dealer despite his candidature being the most suitable one.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5851 of 2022 dt.26-08-2022 2/2 Under the circumstances, we direct the petitioner to file a suitable complaint before the Divisional Commissioner within a period of thirty days, who on receipt of such complaint, shall, after hearing all the parties including private respondent no. 4, pass a final order within the next ninety days, giving reasons in support of his decision.

We have specifically directed for affording hearing to private respondent no. 4 before passing any final order for the reason that this order is being passed in his absence.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
