2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument seeks permission to withdraw the quashing application with liberty to raise all the issues at the time of framing of charge, if charges till date have not been framed.

3. As it has been submitted that the informant earlier to instituting the present FIR had filed a title suit and thereafter the present FIR came to be instituted with allegation which are purely civil in nature, but in order to coerce the petitioner into submission the present FIR was instituted.

4. Permission is accorded.
