Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 6 of 1997 registered under Sections- 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail for about ten years.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the absence of the petitioner from the Court is not intentional rather it happened because of lack of proper instructions. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2016. Petitioner further undertakes not to abscond in future. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.52970 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada, in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 6 of 1997 with condition that one of the sureties must be a close relative of the petitioner and in case petitioner fails to appear either in person or through his counsel on two consecutive dates, the lower Court will be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds.
