JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioners while pressing the anticipatory bail of the petitioners who are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 473-C of 2018 in which cognizance as been taken under Sections 506, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has stated
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66594 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 that petitioners has also challenged the order of cognizance vide Cr. Misc. No. 57386 of 2018. In the aforesaid case, notice has been issued to the complainant and further proceedings in the complaint case has been stayed by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.10.2018. With the aforesaid facts, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners now.
In that view of the matter, the petitioners do not press this petition for the present but reserve their liberty to approach this Court again when need so arises. The petition is disposed off as not pressed with the liberty aforesaid.
