This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is dispute of payment and non-refund of the money by the petitioner. The perusal of the complaint petition discloses a civil dispute.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 83 of 2014 Trial No. 2252 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Mr. Jawed Alam,
