The petitioners seek bail in Ahiyapur P. S. Case No. 13/19 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147,148,323, 341, 384, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. In the written report, it is alleged that on the date of occurrence, Raja Paswan and Amar Paswan came and started fighting with Police Sah, a potato merchant and when Rajeev Kumar tried to save him they have also assaulted him and called other persons from mobile then co accused Sudhir Paswan and

No.22010 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 his younger brother and these petitioners have come armed with sword, iron rod and pistol and started assaulting Chhotu Kumar broke the show case. It is further alleged that Raja Paswan looted Rs. 15,000/- from his cash counter. In this manner, there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners.

The petitioners are in custody since 22.1.2019 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Muzaffapur, in connection with Ahiyapur P. S. Case No. 13/19 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
