Let the defects be removed within four weeks after start of the physical Court.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The Court was inclined to dismiss this application with heavy cost because prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner was already refused on 06.11.2018 vide order at Annexure-1.

The petitioner neither challenged the aforesaid order nor surrendered before the learned Court below after refusal of the prayer for anticipatory bail.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35669 of 2021(2) dt.04-08-2021 2/2 Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, this application for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi. Petitioner shall surrender within two weeks, failing which the learned Court below shall take coercive step for arrest of the petitioner.
