Petitioner seeks bail in Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No.40 /18 registered for the offence under Section 379 of I.P.C. Allegation as per the F.I.R. is of theft in the temple. Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has not been named in the F.I.R. but later on merely on his own confession before the police has been made accused and he is also accused in more other three cases in one of which he is on bail and two cases are pending. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 13.07.2018. Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, stated above, let the petitioner, above

No.64831 of 2018 (2) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Bhagalpur, in Ishipur Barahat P.S.
