Mr. Bindyachal Singh, learned Senior Counsel represents the Patna Municipal Corporation. Learned Senior Counsel submits that he was waiting in the Court room for some

On the last date i.e. on 24.11.2021 when a prayer for adjournment was made on behalf of the petitioner, this Court recorded the following order:- "Mr. Sangeet Deokuliar, learned counsel, who is the Advocate on Record on behalf of the petitioner is not present.

Mr. Bindyachal Singh, learned senior counsel representing the Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna is present.

By way of one indulgence to the petitioner, let the matter be passed over for the day."

Today, once again prayer for adjournment has been made but in the facts and circumstances particularly the previous order of this Court which has been quoted hereinabove, this Court is not willing to grant any adjournment.
