JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about twoyears of marriage by causing burn injury for non fulfillment of dowry demands and disposing of the dead body.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are 85 and 82 years old respectively and on the alleged date of occurrence they were with their daughter at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38689 of 2015 (2) dt.28-09-2015 2/2 Mizoram as she was not keeping well. The victim received accidental bur injury and an effort was made to extinguish fire but she succumbed to the injury.

Considering the advance age of the petitioners and thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.55 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
