JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 This is a petition for modification of the order, dated 20.04.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38597 of 2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the provisional anticipatory bail was granted which was to be confirmed on the condition mentioned in the order. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the petitioner could not surrender, hence, prayed that the period of surrender may be extended.

The period of surrender is extended for one month, from the date of receipt of this order with the condition, mentioned in the order, dated 20.04.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38597 of 2014.
