The petitioner seeks bail in Amas P.S. Case No. 214/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 269, 270, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is alleged in the written report that 40 litres of sprit has been recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64266 of 2018 (2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 214/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
