At an earlier occasion prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.29065 of 2014 on 14.11.2014. Subsequently thereafter repeated prayer of petitioner for grant of bail was again rejected vide order dated 05.08.2015 under Criminal Miscellaneous No.27264 of 2015 with a liberty: "However, petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer after examination of the victim".

Victim, the kidnapped has been examined as PW-3, who did not claim identification of the petitioner. Consequent thereupon, petitioner, Chunnu Ram @ Channu Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18968 of 2020(2) dt.09-06-2020 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge -IV, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Sessions Trial No.339 of 2015 arising out of Shikarpur P.S. Case No.300 of 2013.
