JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 28-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceedings. Vide order dated 08.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38028 of 2020, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected and he was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019/G.R. No. 549 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge against the petitioner has been framed as stated in Annexure-6 of this bail application.

Considering the fact that charge has been framed against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35150 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019/G.R. No. 549 of 2019.
