For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rajeev Kumar Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Kalyan Shankar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 15-03-2017 Heard Mr. Rajeev Kumar Singh counsel for the petitioner and APP for the State.

This is the repeat application seeking anticipatory bail. Earlier, the petitioner had moved this Court for grant of anticipatory bail which was sought to be withdrawn vide order dated 22.8.2016 (Annexure-1). It is submitted that the head of the appointing unit has not been made accused in the case which is very questionable. There is some correction in the First Information Report (FIR) after filing thereof. The petitioner is a lady.

Learned APP, on the other hand, opposed the prayer. It is submitted that no fresh ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9456 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not persuaded to extend her the privilege of anticipatory bail. Prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected.

Let the petitioner surrender and pray for bail before the learned Court below. In that event the Court below shall consider her prayer and dispose of the same on its own merit without being prejudiced by the present order. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) Shyam/- U T
