JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 02-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Khajauli P.S. Case No. 127 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Trilakiga Ashutava. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Rudra Kumar Ram @ Sadhu with similar allegation has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 10.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 62173 of 2018.
