A show cause has been filed on behalf of O.P. nos. 2 and 3 and O.P. No. 5 separately.
The stand in the show cause is that the order dated 21.10.2014 passed by this Court under contempt is fully complied with by issuing necessary directions to the concerned Chairman of the PACCS by the District Cooperative Officer, Motihari and it is further asserted that any member of the concerned PACCS, who was included in 2009 election voter list, yet his name deleted from the voter list of the concerned PACCS published in the year 2014 election, his name had been directed to be included and the said inclusion was also done before the election.
So far as the petitioner is concerned, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the State-Opposite Party that the petitioner did not appear before the District Cooperative Officer, Motihari despite the specific direction of this Court and thus no order could be passed with respect to him.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed as not pressed.
