2. This application has been filed for directing the respondents to make payment of arrear of salary of the petitioner from June, 2011 to January, 2012 in view of the fact that the petitioner was already exonerated from show cause by the competent authority in the year 2011-12 itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he shall be satisfied if the Representation Dated 04.02.2023 sent to the District Magistrate, Khagaria by the petitioner is directed to be disposed of.

4. In that view of the matter, the District Magistrate,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7130 of 2023(3) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 Khagaria is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.02.2023 within four weeks from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order with a speaking order in accordance with law.
