JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-07-2016 The sum essence of the grievance of the petitioner seems to be that the Hon`ble Chancellor has passed an order which has a fall-out on his rights, without giving him an opportunity of hearing. If that be so, in fact, surely the petitioner has a right to be heard and I am sure if this fact is brought to the notice of the Hon`ble Chancellor, he would surely re-examine the matter and pass an appropriate order commensurate with the grievance of the petitioner and the right of the other side. Learned counsel representing the Hon`ble Chancellor informs the Court that there is a provision for review.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13128 of 2015 dt.12-07-2016 It will be in the interest of things that the authority be given a chance to examine the matter whether the previous order passed by him is required to be revisited.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted indulgence to approach the Hon`ble Chancellor by way of review. The Court expresses no opinion on any of the rival claims of the party for obvious reason.
