Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

3 liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that said recovery has not been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner that is why seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge IX, Saran, Chapra in Parsa P.S. Case no. 158/2016.
