While informant was in a way to Biharsharif over his motorcycle, was intercepted by the criminals and on the point of pistol, deprived of his belongings, mobile phone as well as motorcycle. Although charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner but neither he has been put on TIP nor booty has been recovered from his possession.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Nitish Kumar @ Rahul is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Noor Sarai PS Case No. 360/2015.
